Corner Panels

For maximum rigidity, strength, easy and fast assembly of the walk-in, corner panels are made of only one piece of angular construction.

Assembly

Cam-lock fasteners installed in the panels are easily locked with the use of an Allen wrench (provided with walk-in), saving time and simplifying assembly.

Walk-in can be assembled against the wall because fasteners are operated from the inside. Once assembly is completed, fastener access holes are covered with plastic plugs.

To insure a proper seal, an odorless butyl flex caulking compound is supplied, to be applied at the joints. Walk-ins with more than 20' ceiling spans are provided with a ceiling suspension system which permits the addition of as many ceiling panels as needed.

Easy enlargement or relocation of panels is possible due our locking system and construction design.

Different jobs, products and loading patterns require different types of floor insulation systems. Our Engineering department will gladly recommend the system that will work best with the specific needs of the customer.
